1. Introduction

Welcome to Doctora24 Limited.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Doctora24 website, mobile application, patient portal, healthcare provider portal, and all related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, booking an appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. About Doctora24

Doctora24 Limited is a registered healthcare technology company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Doctora24 provides a digital platform that enables patients to connect with licensed healthcare professionals for healthcare services, including but not limited to:

General Medical Consultations
Antenatal Care (ANC)
Postnatal Care (PNC)
Nutrition Consultations
Mental Health Consultations
Medication Refill Reviews
Medical Report Reviews
Follow-up Consultations
Additional healthcare services introduced from time to time

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or use the Platform through a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend access where eligibility requirements are not met.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
Promptly notifying Doctora24 of any suspected unauthorized use.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Doctora24 facilitates access to these services but does not replace the independent professional judgment of healthcare providers.

Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating healthcare provider.

6. Telemedicine Services

By using our Platform, you acknowledge that:

Telemedicine has limitations.
Some medical conditions cannot be safely managed online.
A healthcare provider may recommend an in-person consultation or referral where necessary.
In an emergency, you should immediately contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest healthcare facility.

Doctora24 is not an emergency medical service.

7. Appointments

Appointments are subject to:

Provider availability.
Successful payment where applicable.
Confirmation by the Platform.

Doctora24 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary.

8. Payments

Certain services require payment before consultation.

Payments shall be processed through approved payment providers.

Applicable fees are displayed before payment is completed.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Users are encouraged to review that policy before booking appointments.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide truthful medical information.
Treat healthcare providers and staff respectfully.
Attend scheduled appointments on time.
Follow applicable laws.
Refrain from abusing the Platform.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Impersonate another person.
Submit false or misleading information.
Harass healthcare providers or staff.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Introduce malware or malicious software.
Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
Circumvent payment procedures.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including software, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, databases, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Doctora24 Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability
